PAUL KIPPER SCHOLARSHIP
PREFACE
This award may be given annually to students in a graduate degree program in the field of adult, community, or continuing education or a closely related field. The scholarship does not have to be awarded each year if the Scholarship Committee and/or the Board of Directors believe there is not a worthy candidate or candidates. The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage persons to seek an advanced degree in the field of adult, community, or continuing education or a related field. The scholarship may be divided between or among applicants. The scholarship budget allows up to $500. 00 annually, to be dispersed on a per-semester basis.
To be eligible, a student must meet these criteria:
Hold
Wyoming residency at the time of initial application.
Be seeking an advanced degree in adult, community, or continuing education or a
related field.

Please attach a one to two paragraph statement establishing your need for this
scholarship.
